Schwarzen Berg Kennel strives to breed dogs with excellent temperaments, working ability, outstanding conformation and a desire to please their human companion. We breed only rare litters from select German bloodlines with proven temperament, conformation and health. We actively participate in Schutzhund, German style conformation shows and have some of the best dogs in the state. Pups are available to selected serious GSD enthusiasts who must meet strict requirements. We do NOT breed litter after litter simply to boost our income. If you do not have a love of this breed, are not willing and able to train and socialize the dog and provide a lifetime of proper nutrition and care, our dogs are not for you.

"Brixi"

One imported long-coated female from excellent German bloodlines (granddaughter of Yasko Farbenspiel). She is 18 months old (1st photo is at around 6 months old, second taken 8/07). She has a wonderful temperament, is a beautiful deep red/black pigmented pup with fine structure, healthy, has excellent bone and is well socialized. Email for information.
